The Jazz Q400s use starlink, so it'll be the fastest in-flight wifi in the fleet. Saw some people getting 400 Mbps download speeds.
That could also be because it's the fewest number of seats of any wifi-equipped aircraft in the fleet, and you probably don't have nearly as many people trying to stream a movie on a 40 minute flight as a 10 hour flight.
My streaming quality went
way down when they started giving free wifi to everyone.
