FA said that they weren't sure what the kitchen cooked up but said that "I think it's made of corn because the label on the tray says gluten free" haha. It tasted like some sort of breakfast enchiladas? I'm still not sure after eating it. It was unremarkable. Odd to have granola without yogurt. Boo for no pre-landing snacks - is that normal at AA?
You should have asked for a glass of milk and it could have been Cereal! LOL
