I arrived in BER ast weel and used one of the kiosks for my passport, photo and finger prints only to then join the back of a queue of people which included people who hadn't done any of that because the officer was doing the photo etc for them.
I asked the officer if I could then use the e-gates next time to which she replied 'no' the kiosks only mean they don't have to take the photo and prints!
So what is the point of people doing the photo etc at the kiosk if they then join the normal queue and don't have a speedier entry. They should have a separate queue for people who have used the kiosks either on that arrival or on an earlier trip.
