There is no attempt at coherence beyond that - ploughman tea, afternoon tea, supper, brunch, are just code words for cheaper and whatever cuts the cost will be fine by them… I expect both afternoon tea and ploughman tea to be replaced by “an exciting selection of finger sandwiches” before long anyway,
