I tried searching this thread for an answer but couldn't find one.

For an intinerary involving a TATL segment followed by a short domestic segment, what happens if you end up getting upgraded to PY for the long flight and J for the short flight? Do you still get charged credits for J for the whole thing? Or do you get charged the sum of both segments?
