Aboard 484 (ex-EVA) this morning and these seats are absolutely awful.

Fully upright they are (or they feel) a couple of degrees more slouched than a regular economy seat on any of a dozen other airlines. I’ve been seated for just over an hour and my back is UNHAPPY.

Indigo and AirAsia get this right, AC got this right on the 321 cabin refresh.

Either these seats, or these aircraft, need to go ASAP.
