As no other hotels (Rosewood or Atlantis)of the owner /investor will be open at the time of the closure of WA, I guess paying guests will be offered a stay at a similar resorts. If staying on points there will be the option to stay at any of the other Hilton /SLH properties at the actual points rate.
that is my personal experience along the major hotel groups (Ihg, Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton) when a property was closed due to renovations or not opened yet. Expect to get a few K points as a compensation from corporate.
