With the winter weather this week, it's very likely you'll be impacted, in fact I'd look at alternatives from ARN rather than going to AMS in the first place. Unfortunately KLM seems not to have put a blanket rebooking policy, but I would still reach out to SK (presumably who you booked the award with) and ask about rebooking options proactively. Given the reliability record of SK flights into AMS over the last few days (all cancelled from CPH, ARN and OSL... except 1 OSL flight yesterday that was "just" delayed, and KL is a similar story) they might be receptive.
