The bulkhead windows have the widest footwells, the paired seats in the middle bulkhead are not as wide, but still roomier (at least marginally deeper) than every other seat in the cabin.

I was not sure from your posting. ( I recently flew a LH 787-900 and the 2 center bulkhead seats def. had a bit more space than the seats behind. (didnt try the window seats to see if they were even bigger)
