The callback came three hours later. In the meantime, I called the concierge line again and got through within a few minutes of selecting option 1. I had originally selected the callback option because the recording said high call volumes and long wait times (without specifying how long the wait would be), and that I'd keep my place in the queue. It does sound like option 1 might have priority based on the description.
