Do you preorder specific meals/entrees on EY business, or do they just offer some selections on board? If they do preorders, when do the choices appear? I have a flight about a month out and when I just looked at my reservation it only had a choice of "standard meal" vs various specialty meals (bland, vegetarian, diabetic, etc.)
