OK. AMS is open and running but with huge delays. I assume your aircraft didn't carry enough fuel to circle AMS long enough.

BA is currently showing 1 seat for sale on BA447 at 21:00 this evening, so BA might book you on to that. Otherwise, as others have said stay in AMS overnight. The Hilton Schiphol is sold out tonight an the Sheraton is nearly €700 for the night, so I recommend getting the train to the city where there are (for now at least) much better values to be had, and it's only a short and convenient train ride away.

I predict, however, that this disruption will spill over until tomorrow so keep an eye on your rebooked flight as well as the local situation.
