Dear All,

I'm flying PUJ-LGW in February, landing in LGW at 07:20. I have booked a 09:20 flight with Easyjet from LGW for my next leg, but looking at Flightaware it seems the PUJ-LGW can often be delayed and it's making me a little nervous.

I've just noticed I can book a flight at 09:40 from LGW with Vueling, but on the BA site. Does anyone know if this option will give me any more protection if there is a delay? I appreciate as they are different booking references that they are not obligated to help, but thought if it is booked with BA they may be more inclined to?

Alternatively, perhaps I could try and call BA to add the next leg onto the orginal booking? The original booking was a reward flight if that makes any difference.

Any advice or experiences appreciated.
