Hey 108912 - not quite.

So to retain GS you need to fly 26 segments between Dec 2025 and Dec 2026. The flights before Dec 2025 no longer count towards this 26 requirement.

To get to PH you need 46 in the 12 months before your promotion. So as an example, if you have done 28 segments by the time you got to December, then you need another 16 before April to reach PH.
If you take a bit longer, then the earlier segments from 2025 will start to drop off, as it's a rolling 12 months for the promotion side.

My example - I joined Feb 2025.
I hit 30 segments Aug 2025, then 46 segments in Nov 2025.
My expiry date is now Nov 2027, so I need to do 80 flights between Nov 2025 and Nov 2027 to retain PH. I've got 6 completed so far, with another 24 planned between now and August.
