It was catered by Thai Airways. Saw the truck by the plane. Cathay Dining is not competent enough to produce Thai curry like this quality. Though I would not rule out the possibility of TG catering just the Thai dish and the "noodles with shrimp" was catered out of HKG. (I can't imagine TG or PG catering a noodles with shrimp, put it this way.)
