Weird situation. Southwest remains the selected airline for the $200 incidental credit on my personal Plat and my wife’s personal Plat. It also remains the designated airline for the 35% points bonus on my wife’s Business Plat. But no airline is designed on her Business Plat for the incidentals credit (it was Southwest last year.)

I’m still waiting to see the credits post for tickets I bought and cancelled on Jan. 2. Will be interesting to see if credits post on the Business Plat.
