There was also a companion pass promo for January 6 through early March. I had registered and taken a qualified round-trip, and I would have expected to see it in my profile by now (36 h prior to the start) but I do not. To others who have qualified for that promotional companion pass: Do you see it in your profile? If so, then I better give Southwest a call and see what the hangup is..
