2. As I mentioned above, the booking channels for this hotel is opaque and senior management remains extremely tight-lipped about this (or maybe they just consider I'm not a high yielding guest enough.). So there must be some leeway on how this works.
Speaking of which, I saw members from two other of the 'big four tycoon families' of HK (with the owner of the hotel being one themselves) holidaying here this Christmas.
