Full English this morning on LGW - FUE. It was just about passable. Alternatives were the frittata or some cold meats thing, neither of which I fancied. Eggs pretty obviously powdered stuff and neither the bacon, nor the sausage, were up to much. Fruit pot and the muesli were OK, but only just.




The service was however very good. Proactive pre-departure water and snack because there was an ATC delay. Pre-meal drinks served pretty swiftly after departure. And the champers out of a bottle kept coming! No menus, so CC came to each seat individually. Meal was followed by tea and coffee. And extra croissants on request delivered to those of us who abstained in the Lounge beforehand.

PS SWBO thought the Full English was good, which surprised me since she is an excellent cook and generally not keen on airline food. Maybe it is me that is too picky!
