What a cheery set of predictions from everyone!

My prediction is that the sum total of everybody on FT no longer flying as much (or at all) on BA will not make one jot of difference to BA management. So the decline will continue.

Though the temporary bright spot is that I am sat on a delayed BA flight and the crew have been great, with regular updates from the flight deck and cabin crew proactively serving water and snacks. Now if we just get management to be as good as the staff...
