AA2453, LAX-BOS red-eye, Flagship Business

Preorded the blue cheese short rib which was very good, significantly better than the filet in first. Seatmate got the sea bass which looked very good and I find AA typically does great varying versions of it. Lemon tart dessert was fine, a good reminder of why you should get the sundae on American.

Liked the idea of the "miso sweet potato tower" appetizer but it just didn't come together. Supposedly scones were supposed to be served in the morning but it ended up just being the chobani smoothie and the snack basket.
