Couldn’t agree more! They are probably on commission and try to sell as much as possible, but there is definitely that awkward feeling at the end when I decline.
it starts already from the beginning; when you lie in the treatment chair/bed, and she does the skin ‘analysis’. (Just visual in that poor lighting, no machines or microscope)
During my last visit, she told me I have dry skin (it’s winter!) and that while I’m still young, it will catch up with me later if I don’t do anything about it. You can really feel the pressure to sell product with these scare tactics. And at the end, she ‘casually’ mentions that all the products that she used during the treatment are available for sale at a -20% discount…I find it a bit tacky.
