Had a flight from JFK-DFW-PSP. Ordered the sliders for dinner and weirdly enough very tasty and they weren't terrible. Would def order again. My issue is this: For the first flight, lunch selection, I ordered Short rib with Mac and cheese and they sent me some terrible beef dish. It was awful. The beef was tough wouldn't cut in half and the mashed potatoes were fake, mealy and not real. They also had this double salad that didn't work together. So terrible I almost called to complain but didn't want to be petty. Does anyone know what this beef choice is called?
