Agree it is odd, still, tons of possibilities.
  1. Some sort data integrity check and auto-fix (whether by UA or Homeland)
  2. Relatively innocuous hack of some kind
  3. User error
With all the upgrades to the web and app, my hunch would be that deleting and re-saving would fix it.
