Flight details not available to view on website/app
We purchased an itinerary on Aer Lingus, using their website, a few months ago. There has been a couple of very minor schedule changes that Aer Lingus has notified me via e-mail recently. Since two of them occurred in the past few weeks, I wanted to know if there will be more.
Since I as curious, I got onto the Aer Lingus app to view my reservation. The app shows that I have a reservation to the correct destination, but it cannot display any detail about the flights. The same with on their website.
Is this a known "feature" of Aer Lingus IT infrastructure? Or is this because our itinerary is still being modified because of schedule changes? Or is there a glitch in our reservation that needs to be corrected by a human being?
