After a long day mattress shopping yesterday, we tried to roll by one of our favorite sushi spots (Hatsuyuki) in Fort Worth. They were closed, so we went to Eddie V’s (their steak tartare and scallops are really good). We weren’t dressed so just sat at the bar and there were some characters. Made for a fun night. Tonight we made it back to Hatsuyuki - the food is really excellent.

I didn’t take pictures of everything, but below is: salmon with truffle ponzu, ootoro, gindara, unagi w/foie gras, Hokkaido scallop. Had a couple toro hand rolls too.
