It will be 40,000 sq ft for just 14 gates until the extension, which will include an FIS facility, is built. I am optimistic the club situation at IAD will improve once Concourse E opens, which may be as early as September.
Received an email from UA today and in the first paragraph, it was confirmed that new club will be opening at IAD this year, confirming they expect E to open in 2025.
