This was my understanding of the GGL rules:
CCR: one guest any BA flight (2 if the GGL is in F). It has been a few months, but I have definitely had no issue with my CCR guest being on a different BA service.
First Lounge: one guest any Oneworld flight, two guests any BA flight, five guests same BA flight as cardholder.
Requiring all CCR guests to be on the same flight would be quite the enhancement, I often schedule my travel such that I can go to T5 with my non-GGL partner.
