Pre acquisition Kimptons:
Mostly the USA ones,
deepdivegoogle if their F&B is operated by
third party / hospitality management group = no EQP earning
inhouse hotel itself = EQP earning
Important: Kimpton Seafire Resort will never earn EQP on its F&B only on the room.
