Having a look at the terms that went live today, two things I hadn’t really seen mentioned (or even in the original announcement):
First, Diamond Reserve isn’t just 80 nights. The T&Cs clearly allow 40 stays + $18k spend as an alternative path. That feels pretty material, especially for anyone doing lots of short stays, and it definitely wasn’t obvious from the rollout.
Second, on Premium Club access: worth noting there’s a trade-off. If you’re using Premium Club access, you don’t get the Daily F&B Credit. So in some cases that “extra” benefit is actually replacing value rather than stacking on top of it.
Indeed there seem to be some inconsistencies still online.

From this Information it remains unclear whether or not a Gold or Dmd F&B voucher (în Europe comp. breakfast) remains granted in case of the (not mentioned) Premium Club access, nevertheless it seems logic to me to get both perks.
The recently updated HH app and another link on the website shows clearly 40 stays and Premium Club access as benefit:
By the way I counted 11 Premium Clubs, most in the UȘ and Middle East, one in Europe - WA Rome Cavalieri Imperial lounge, which I know, and yes, it is premium. They mention somewhere that more such lounges will come, and yes, IMHO for many this benefit would have a real value only with a lot more Premium Clubs worldwide.

I could reach in one or another way by combined leisure and business stays the Diamond Reserve status during second half year 2026 (I stay beside Hilton mainly at IHG and sometimes Marriott and Accor also) but am not sure if it is worth going for it.
