This is the offer wording:
Qualifying transaction must be made during the offer period of 1/1/2026 to 1/31/2026. A minimum spend of $600 must be met in a single transaction, including taxes and after discounts, on your eligible card;
They would stack. For sure the $250 Edit and the $100 travel credit would. You need to charge at least $600 to the eligible card and that charge will trigger both qualifying credits. The IHG is new but I believe it would trigger that credit too allowing you to stack all 3.
