Spent one night at The Rif at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao due to my flight home being cancelled. Probably the most dissapointing Hilton experience I've ever had. Today I received an e-mail from Hilton Honors requesting my feedback. I've shared my concerns and am now waiting to see how they will be addressed.
