I actually have a stay I’m planning in LA area in Feb, and there’s a Kimpton that would be a good fit for where we’re going, so there’s a good chance I’d use it there. It’s actually a non-edit property, that at least today, has a .02 cpp points boost, so I’d likely take advantage. I realize as the benefit isn’t live yet, it might be speculative, but wasn’t sure if there was an announcement that I hadn’t kept on top of explaining the details.
I’m wondering about this as well. I’m looking at a Kimpton too. I’m trying to stack the EDIT and IHG credits plus the $100 Chase travel credit.
Does anyone know if the Chase travel credit is based on the total cost or only after all the chase benefit credits are deducted which would take the total below $600?
This is the offer wording:
Qualifying transaction must be made during the offer period of 1/1/2026 to 1/31/2026. A minimum spend of $600 must be met in a single transaction, including taxes and after discounts, on your eligible card;
