I’ve seen the same thing on my account. I have applied online or had a representative apply for me and they never leave my account. Not sure if this is only the case for codes that expire 12/31/2025 but either way, I don’t think this is on purpose.
I've seen it too. Doesn't look like anything to me, must've been the wind. Probably best to ignore it.
