Per se that is not an issue but not purchasing from UA, the change and cancellation fees may be very different and a large large price difference suggestion bulk tickets with their issues and different earning rules (mileage based, not cost based). Unless you understand and have investigated the ticket seller, you may be in for some unpleasant surprises.
