UA Gold plus Club Card, HA bottom tier but have their MC and their Huakai program that touts 2 free bags.. Bought ticket on UA (016 ticket) and first leg hop from KOA-HNL was Hawaiian. I was charged for bags on check in at KOA.
Haven't flown this route in years and bags were never charged. I realize things change but shouldn't I still have been charged zero for the bags?
