Ended up calling the Finnish 09-number (thanks FT!) and agent picked up immediately. After basically accusing me of making the date change myself, the agent managed to confirm both passengers on the flight tomorrow in J. 25 minutes spent on the phone, don’t want to even think about the phone bill. Will have to fight over this one later in order to at least have the phone cost reimbrused. But now, happy new year!
