I called AA to change a reservation. One change was from LGA-DFW-JAC to EWR-DFW-JAC (DFW-JAC unchanged). AA.com and the app are still showing the old LGA-DFW segment as well as the new EWR-DFW segment. Should I call? Will calling risk problems or am I at risk for the system cancelling the new segment?

I did get an email showing the new correct flights.
