I would not make that assumption, the breakfast in Cerise is much more substantial and on any given morning there's going to be lots more folks that may have breakfast included there vs. the lounge.
IME I've never had any issues finding space in the lounge for breakfast, many times it's no more than half full, even during sold out or otherwise busy periods.
