In addition to what TBS said above, if you specifically asked them about lounge access then of course they're just going to give you the company line that lounge access and other elite benefits would not be included on a 3rd party booking. Especially true since this is Japan we're talking about.

Best to just add your HH# and see what happens, nothing guaranteed.
