It's extremely clear that the twitter agents were not just simply re-routed to the new chat function, and that they are completely different people, with different training, and access to different resources.

nobody who has an opinion on this cares about the actual medium (though, tbh, starting a conversation on twitter was a bit easier). it's about the results.
