Hi Blueboat. You should read a few other threads - this is a very common issue. I am CX Diamond, probably have more than 150 flights in the last 10 years, also always book on the Cathay website or via call centre - and get this issue on average twice a year. A very helpful post in another thread suggested that Cathay's automated system cannot cope with more than 2 flights on one day (and my issue above was indeed flight 3 on the same day). I tried to get it fixed using the chat/whatsapp - she said it would take 6 weeks - so I eventually rang up, sat in a queue for 30 mins despite being Diamond and after escalating to supervisor, was fixed within the hour. But it did take escalation to the supervisor.
