Since COVID, the offer to hang coats in domestic First seems to have nearly disappeared.


Tonight in 1C on a 717, the FAs pulled out the coat rack directly in front of me, hung their own coats, and never acknowledged the customers—despite my jacket sitting across my lap.


It’s a minor thing, but it’s also an easy, free service that used to be more standard in First and part of what justified the “premium experience.”
