Does Hyatt restrict to a single Grand Hyatt / Park Hyatt per city?

Of course Hyatt just has a much smaller footprint than the other major chains which limits the possibility of overlap in the first place, but I’m curious: is there an explicit policy of only having one of each higher end brand per city (Park Hyatt / Grand Hyatt / Andaz)? I don’t think there is a location that has more than one of each brand (other than Grand Hyatt San Francisco and SFO but I’d argue that they are not both serving the same location). Marriott in particular seems to have been on a push to open two or even more competing RCs / St. Regis / W Hotels etc. in major cities over the last 10 or so years.
