the chat you mean that small windows that open when you clikc on Message Us ?
it is very difficult to use on the cellphone browser , if you don't refresh the page every x minutes, you get logged out. sometimes i start the chat on the pc in my home, but it needs time to receive the reply from the agent and maybe i have to go out. If i don't reply within few minutes the agent close the chat
On twitter i have all the message of the last 7-8 years, i can use it without any problem on desktop or cellphone, get notified when they reply , it's more easy
i don't know why they stopped using it
The DELTA account, has 1.2MLN posts (99,99% are replies to customers)
now you twit to them and nobody replies
But nowhere it says that it's no longer monitored
