Is it "safe" to book travel for that day? Not saying that the aircraft is going to fall out of the sky, but with all these one-off changes, will the ground staff be ready? KIX barely has UA presence and they are used to getting UA34 out of there at 1835. Will they be able to deal with a departure 4+25 later? Irrops? NH staff will be long gone.
