A bit new to CX Asiamiles... Trying to book a JAL award ticket through CX, and wondering if I can change the booking (paying the change fee) myself online, or if this will require a call.
Context is I'm trying to book ORD-HND, but no availability for my preferred date, but there is availability for one day prior. Figured I would lock in the date prior, and then change to my preferred date if it opens up, so this would be same route, same partner airline, just different date. Wondering if I'm opening myself up to headache here.
