These worked for me. Also, for Blackline, yes, I've used it. If you book and ride by tomorrow, it will bill by tomorrow.

I booked a ride in Amman Jordan a few weeks before a trip there. On the day of the trip, it hit my Citi card and the credit showed up a few weeks later when the statement closed, but it was dated the day of the ride.
