How about adding the dish name and its rating to the subject line of each post?
For example, include the dish category (chicken, beef, pork, vegetable) and a rating scale: Recommended (+2), Recommended/Okay (+1), Okay (0), Okay/Meh (−1), and Meh (−2).
Moderators can add up the number of individual rating and total rating entry for each dish category in the wiki section.
This will become a "Yelp" thread.
