2026 Let's Eat — United First, United Business, & Premium Transcon Service

This thread is for premium cabin flights marketed as United First, United Business, and premium transcontinental services (EWR⇄SFO/LAX). This includes:
  • North America (including all 50 US States, Canada, and Mexico)
  • Caribbean and Latin America (excluding routes marketed as Polaris, such as Brazil, Argentina, and Chile)
  • Intra-Pacific/Oceania/Micronesia/Asia (such as HNL-GUM and NRT-ULN)
  • Select European routes (such as GOH and SCQ) [which are operated by 737 MAX aircraft and marketed as PremiumPlus, but strike me as better in this thread since they represent the highest cabin of service on a two-cabin plane]
(i.e. any premium cabin flight that is not marketed as Polaris)

It serves as a resource for those who want to know what might be served on their future flights. It is also a place for Q&A about expectations concerning food and drinks onboard.

Don't forget to post the date and route information along with the meal information!

As many have issues with UA's in-flight service, there is a separate thread for that discussion:

General discussion of UA's inflight service (Domestic / International, all cabins)

(That discussion thread is the place for commenting on UA's present in-flight service, individual dissatisfaction, potential reasons for the present state, and how other carriers are performing in comparison. This thread is for posting specific meal service details for all flights marketed as United First / United Business.)

Here's United's official page on North America premium cabin dining:

For the curious folks, the 2025 thread is here:

With that, Let's Eat 2026!
